    Montenegro as a fair, open and free society of active and free citizens with a government that serves the public interest.

    1. Investigating concrete cases of corruption and organized crime
    2. Monitoring the implementation of legislation and government policy
    3. Providing free legal aid to citizens, CSO-s, media and businesses
    4. Developing law and policy proposals and analysis
    5. Conducting advocacy campaigns
